Quick Mexican Rice Bowl


Bring a burst of flavor to your table with this Quick Mexican Rice Bowl Recipe. Use it to make your lunch or dinner. Below you’ll see how simple and delicious this dish can be.

Personalize your bowl by adding your favorite ingredients. In the recipe below, we use our Del Real Foods Pollo Asado, Ranchero Beans and Mexican Rice., but you can replace them with your favorite Del Real Foods dish such as Refried Beans, Black Beans, Carnitas, Pork Chile Verde, Barbacoa, Chipotle Chicken Tinga, Shredded Beef and more!



1 Fresh IngredientsCilantro

Red Onion

Green Onion



Green, yellow & Red Bell Pepper

Sour Cream



3 Del Real IngredientsDel Real Foods – Mexican Rice

Del Real Foods – Ranchero Beans

Del Real Foods – Pollo Asado

Del Real Foods – Salsa de Molcajete Roja






Chop your veggies

 Start off by washing and chopping your veggies


2 Chopped Veggies

Heat Del Real Foods 


Ranchero Beans | Arroz (Mexican Rice) | Pollo Asado (Grilled Chicken)

1. Remove paper sleeve. Leave bag in tray. Heat on High for 2:30 minutes, then rotate bag 1/2 turn.

2. Puncture 3 small holes in bag. Continue to heat for 2:30 minutes more until center is hot (165 degrees F).

3. Open bag carefully, and empty contents including juice into serving tray.

In a bowl, add a layer of each of the ingredients
