Al Pastor Pizza

Ingredients – For 10” Pizza

1 oz. Cooking Oil

7 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

8 oz. Del Real

Foods® Al Pastor

12 Slices – Red Onion

10 Chunks – Pineapple

Cilantro

 

Instructions

  1. Brush oil on top of pizza dough.
  2. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of dough.
  3. Top the cheese with Del Real Foods® Al Pastor.
  4. Distribute the chunks of pineapple on top of the Del Real Foods® Al Pastor.
  5. Add slices of red onion to pizza.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes at 400°F. Garnish with cilantro

 


Carnitas Pizza

½ oz. Cooking Oil

2 oz. (4 tbsp.) Del Real Foods® Salsa de Molcajete

7 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

6 oz. Del Real Foods® Carnitas

1¼ oz. Tomatoes, diced

Cilantro

Crema

 

 

Instructions

  1. Brush oil on the crust of the pizza dough.
  2. Spread the Del Real Foods® Salsa de Molcajete Roja evenly on top of dough.
  3. Evenly spread the mozzarella cheese on top of salsa.
  4. Distribute the Del Real Foods® Carnitas on top of cheese.
  5. Top the pizza with tomato dices.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes at 400°F. Garnish with cilantro and crema

Chicken Tinga Pizza

Ingredients – For 10” Pizza

1 oz. Cooking Oil

7 oz. Mexican Cheese

8 oz. Del Real Foods® Chicken Tinga

12 Slices – Red Onion

Cilantro

 

 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Brush oil on top of pizza dough.
  2. Evenly sprinkle Mexican cheese on top of dough.
  3. Spread the Del Real Foods® Chicken Tinga evenly on top of cheese.
  4. Add the slices of red onion.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes at 400°F. Garnish with cilantro.

Grilled Chipotle Pizza


Grilled Chipotle Pizza - Web LongIngredients:

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 package Del Real Foods Chipotle Chicken Tinga
  • 1 cup corn
  • ¼ cup Del Real Foods Salsa de Molcajete Verde
  • Fresh mango, cubed, approximately 1 cup
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese, divided
  • ¼ cup crumbled queso fresco
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Avocado Crema:

  • Medium avocado, halved and removed from skin
  • ¼ cup Del Real Foods Salsa de Molcajete Verde
  • ¼ cup Mexican crema, or sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to high.
  2. Place dough on flat surface and shape into a rectangle, trying to get the same thickness throughout.
  3. Once grill is ready, spray lightly with cooking spray. Place foil on grill, add dough on top of foil. Close the lid and allow grilling for 2 minutes.
  4. After 2 minutes, check dough by lifting up the edge with heat-proof tongs, adjusting grill temperature as necessary. Close lid and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until slightly golden with bubbles in the crust.
  5. Heat Del Real Foods Chiptotle Chicken Tinga according to package instructions.
  6. Flip pizza crust over. Reduce grill heat to medium, top with half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, the shredded Chipolte Chicken Tinga, corn, mango, and spoon on the Del Real Foods Salsa de Molcajete Verde. Top with remaining cheese and close grill.
  7. Let cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. While pizza is cooking, combine avocado, crema, lime juice, and Del Real Foods Salsa de Molcajete Verde in blender.
  9. When cheese is melted, remove pizza from grill and place on cutting board. Allow to rest 5 minutes, and then top with fresh cilantro, queso fresco, and drizzles of avocado crema.
