Ingredients:


  • 4 C. tortilla or plantain chips
  • 1 package of Del Real Foods carnitas
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/3 C. mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 TBSP chopped cilantro + additional for garnish
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lime
  • 1 4 oz can of diced green chiles
  • 1 package of Del Real Foods Salsa de Molcajete Roja


Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, heat carnitas on medium high heat and cook until warmed through and edges are slightly crispy. 2. Mean while in a separate pan, heat olive oil and chopped onions until tender and cooked through. 3. Finely chop chipotles and add them along with 1 clove of mined garlic to mayonnaise, stir to combine and set aside. Add additional adobo sauce for additional heat. 4. Mash avocado, cilantro, 2 cloves of minced garlic and juice from 1/2 of lime until ingredients are combined and smooth. 5. Once all ingredients are prepped, top tortilla chips with carnitas, onions, cilantro guacamole, salsa roja, chipotle crema and green chiles. 6. Serve and enjoy!
