- 1 package of Del Real Foods Carnitas
- ½ cup Del Real Foods Salsa de Molcajete Verde
- ½ cup crumbled queso fresco
- ½ cup pomegranate arils
- 8 small cabbage leaves, clean and dry
1. Microwave Carnitas, per package directions
2. Gently separate carnitas with fork, divide onto cabbage leaves
3. Top each cabbage leaf with salsa, cheese, and pomegranate seeds, adjusting amounts if additional toppings are desired.
Easy tip for removing arils from pomegranate: cut fruit in half, place half in gallon zipper bag, whack fruit hard with wooden spoon.
