Grilled Chicken Nachos

       
Serves 6 portions

Ingredients:
6 oz Tortilla chips (about 4 large handfuls)
1 - 1/3 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ripe avocados
1 - cup Del Real refried beans
2 - small tomato, seeded and diced
1 - cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 - cup of Del Real® Grilled Chicken

Topping ideas: sliced black olives, white or red onions and jalapeno rings

       
Instructions:      

Heat refried beans over low heat until bubbly. Heat grilled chicken following heating instructions or until reach 165°F. Place half of the chips on a plate and cover with half the cheese sauce. Carefully add the rest of the chips topped with the remaining cheese sauce. Drizzle on beans. Add pre-heated grilled chicken. Then add diced avocados, cilantro, sour cream and lastly, sprinkle on the tomatoes..
