1. Heat Del Real Chicken Barbacoa (Using instructions on the box)
2. Pour oil into a medium size skillet, warm oil using a low flame.
3. Mix 5 eggs in a bowl along with cilantro and onions
4. Pour eggs mixture into skillet and scramble
5. Once eggs are scrambled pour Del Real Chicken Barbacoa over eggs and mix in skillet for about 1 minute.
6. Carefully take out of skillet and enjoy. |
