Pupusas
A pupusa can best be described as a thick corn tortilla filled with cheese and mild green chiles. Pupusas were first created by the Pibil tribes of El Salvador thousands of years ago, and now this delicious dish is enjoyed by people all over the world.
Pupusas are traditionally topped with Curtido but can also be accompanied with salsa or cut open and stuffed with Del Real Carnitas, barbacoa, beans and other tasty fillings. |
