Pozole

Pozole can best be described as Hominy and Pork Stew. This flavorful dish is popular in many Latin American countries. Del Real Foods uses a Pozole recipe which originated in Morelia a city in the Mexican state of Michoacan. Pozole is often topped with chopped onion, shredded cabbage, lime juice, and toasted oregano.
