Chicken Tinga

Chicken is made with natural proportion chicken (light and dark meat) that is shredded and chunked. It is simmered in our tomato and chipotle sauce resulting in a delicious flavor combination that is smoky and flavorful. Chicken Tinga can be served as an entrée with rice and beans, or as an ingredient in salads, pastas, tacos, wraps, sandwiches, omelets, etc...
