Pollo Asada Wraps

The perfect on-the-go lunch, this recipe for Pollo Asada wraps is fresh, delicious and super easy.

Serves 4

  • 1 cup Del Real Pollo Asada
  • 2-4 Soft Small Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Green or Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Diced Tomato
  • 1/8 Cup Pre-Shredded Red Cabbage
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • Drizzle of your favorite creamy cilantro & cheese dressing
  • 1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Put 1/2 teaspoon of Olive Oil into a frying pan on medium/high heat. Slice red or green bell pepper into quarters lenght wise and cook until softened. Cook Del Real Foods Pollo Asado to package directions, chop. Dice the tomato and slice the avocado. Place the cooked bell pepper in the center of the soft flour tortilla, then a heap of cooked Pollo Asado. Place the remaining ingredients on top (tomato, red cabbage, cilantro and avocado). Drizzle with creamy cilantro dressing. Fold one side of the tortilla towards the center, then fold the bottom up and then the other side to create a wrap. Eat and Enjoy!
