OPEN FACED CHICKEN QUESADILLA

Del Real Shredded Chicken

CHICKEN QUESADILLA SANDWICH

Serves 4

20 Minutes

  • One package Del Real Shredded Chicken, one sweet oninon, 2 TBS real butter, one red and one yellow bell pepper, 3 or 4 avocado's, cilantro, medium size flour tortillas and 10 ounces of shredded colby jack cheese.

Chop up the sweet onion, 2 TBS real butter and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until onions are translucent. Turn off heat and set aside. Chop up bell peppers, slice avocado's and chop cilantro, set aside. Arrange tortilla's on a full size cookie sheet, should hold 6 to 8. Start layering ingredients in equal amounts; chicken first, onion, bell peppers and ending with cheese. Keep the avocados aside. Place cookie sheet in the oven set at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes before adding avocado. Tada! Your done!
