DRF ,Chipotle chicken tinga

Jalapeño peppers stuffed with cream cheese and chipotle chicken tinga

Serves 10

  • DRF chipotle chicken tinga
  • 10 jalapeño peppers
  • Kraft / real cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pre-cooked smoked bacon .

Slice and de-seed the jalapeño peppers sprinkle each with salt and pepper to taste . Prepare the DRF product according to package directions . Place cream cheese in thermal bowl .once DRF product is done shred chicken pieces and pour over cream cheese and mix . Then stuff sliced peppers with chicken mixture and wrap in a single bacon slice .once all peppers are prepared baked in 350 oven for 25 mins . Enjoy .. In making this recipe I had left over chicken tinga and cream cheese mixture 'my kids enjoyed it with tortilla chips .. So,also would be a great dip .. ** the cream cheese adds a little cool factor against the chipotle sauce and jalapeño peppers.
